Don't think I've ever had man flu - do currently have a sore throat and cold though so all sympathy greatly appreciated

Had it last week and still did full weeks work then had an easy weekend to let body recover. Real flu is a bitch and a half wouldn't be arsed to get out of bed for £50 note on the floor.

I am actually starting yo get some sort of lurgy,my nose keeps producing lots of mucous and it's blocked up ad I keep sneezing, I don't think it's man flu yet

I tend to provide the same level of care that's provided to me when I'm ill. Sometimes that means cold baked beans in a bowl and a bottle of water.

Influenza is a condition that mainly affects the respiratory system. Muscles are fed by oxygenated blood and become more prone to aching and cramps when deprived of sufficient oxygen. In general, men have a higher muscle mass than women. Make of that what you will.

That's it proven then

I have a feeling i've got it coming on, should be full blown by about 2.30pm on Friday when the local has a pint of Batham's and a Ham Cob on offer at £3.50............think i could manage to get a few down before having to get to bed with a Powder
