"I have a Samsung one. It tracks my sleep and steps, is my alarm clock and I can read texts and answer calls with it. There aren't a huge amount of "useful" apps on it, but it is handy in meetings when I can screen my calls. The handiest function by far is when I use Google maps. It will show directions, distance to turns and street names, so I don't look like a tourist / easy target when I'm walking in an unfamiliar town. I wouldn't go back to a normal watch " And the handiest function ever is that if I leave my phone at home by mistake, if I connect to a wifi network I can still make and receive calls!

"I use the Samsung galaxy watch with my s9 plus mobile. I like that I can leave my phone and payment cards all at home as I dont carry a handbag so nothing to carry around. I use it for tracking exercise spinning, strava or swimming. Helps with calories used, steps, sleep etc. Great for texting, email, whatsapp etc. Only thing I dont like is when receiving calls its like being on hands-free (great for the car though) so you need wireless headphones but I dont want to carry them around. Having never used any fitbits or smart devices before I love it and I'm sure once I get back into real training again it will be brilliant. It's a from me. " I have the latest galaxy watch and i honestly think that it is the best bit of tech on the market at the moment!

"I've got the Samsung S3 Frontier & love it. The only issue I find, & it's common with all smart watches, is that if you don't turn the notifications off in meetings, for example, it'll keep buzzing you. This then leads to you checking your watch, which makes it seem like you're checking the time. I often feel that it looks rude, like you're bored & have more important things to be getting on with. " Forgot to add, you can turn the notifications off for periods of time which stops you looking rude. Wish other people would do the same from time to time. Also, I bought a nice brown leather strap which matches my belt & shoes. It looks the nuts! Adds a touch of class to it.
