my neice starts secondry school today, and my advice to her was dont go in the grozz pit...

it was a part of the school where if someone nicked yr bag they threw it in the pit....if u were mad enough to run and get it u got spat on . it was disgusting, but 20 years on they still do it....

what mischief did you lot get upto at school....and i dont mean shagging behind the bike shed lol

LOL - that sounds terrible - I suppose smoking was about the worst I did - bit boring really!

I was always a good boy at school. It doesn't quite explain the 32 detentions I got in year. But always from the same teacher..... reckon she must have fancied me

saw a kid get hung upside down by his ankles on the top of the fire escape ,,, ( 5th floor ) was quite scary as 2 of the 3 lad holding him decided they wanted nowt to do with it ,,, lol m

oh and aiming rockets at the headmasters window from the playground ,,, all a bit tame i guess ,,, i loved that school ,, lol

We used to have a huge old cockfighting pit in some grassland by our school and if anyone was going to have a fight it was always in the cock pit with everyone standing around on the outside cheering

Oh and we always used to pull first years ties so tight they could'nt undo the knots in them

we had the golly pit ,, it was the steps down to the boiler house ,,, if ya went down there for ya bag ,, u got gollied on ,,, not nice ,,, lol

Don't remember anything particularly from big school, but I remember one teacher in Junior schhol who still wore her hair in a beehive...and everyone took gread delight in soaking bits of blotting paper with ink, rolling them into little balls and flicking them at her when she was writing on the blackborad trying to get them to lodge in her hair..
