Anyone else suffering from the cold flu that's going about?

I know I am as I'm on antibiotics due to Sinusitis. My mum and my brother have been ill but are now ok and now my dad ill.

Flu is awful and puts you out of action for days, even a few week.

Antibiotics don't work on a cold or flu because the infection is viral. Your sinusitis must be a bacterial infection - you don't have flu!

That is a good point. Just thought I'd ask as a lot of people have been ill in the past couple of months.

Just about getting over it after a week but having a minor relapse I think.

Just hang in there take it easy with plenty of fluids, paracetamol and rest!

Central Scotland

The plague fell upon our house about 2 weeks ago. Our little boy got chicken pox last week right on the back of it. Think today is the first day we've all felt vaguely normal again. Still all coughing and tired though
