Maybe I'm a little cynical but I keep noticing new profiles that have been created within the last 24 hours that already have a meet verification.

The pictures on the profile seem dubious and the verification is from a guy who only has one visible verification - from the woman he just verified!

Does anyone have thoughts on this?

Maybe they met beforehand? Maybe they’ve been on fab before? Maybe they’re fake? Hmmmm

Some are returning members who still have friends on fab...fair enough if they want to re-verif them....others are probably fake. Been on here long enough to spot the bullshitters

Some are probably dodgy, some aren't. None of this is foolproof, use your own judgement.

Just block newbies on your account part. Some genuine but many con men on and many join when d*unk as lords just gonna waste your time.. If genuine they'll still be on in a few weeks/months

If in doubt OP you can always report the profile and Admin can check it out, but they could be returners of course

I met within 24 hours of being on here, I joined to meet and I did, simple. Have met guys who have been new to fab without veris to x

When I rejoined I could of easily got at least eight males and females to send me verifications as I’ve met them before, a few of them many times, but I’ve chosen not to. I still get messages daily demanding I WhatsApp video call to proof I’m genuine because I’ve no meet verifications. Funny thing is I’m not asking for photos of them so why assume I’m fake?

I’ve exchanged messages before with single females profiles with and without verifications, I make up my mind fairly quickly if I think it’s a man behind the profile, I block and then move on if I’m doubt.

Yes. Normally they may have been on before and contacted a previous acquaintance to verify them as a real and genuine person so future meets take them as being credible. This only technically applies to guys profiles. As a women you could get laid with no photos or veris and nothing on your profile. Please correct me if I am wrong. I too have been on and off over the years and yes I am sarcastic with a hint of cynicism.
