My laptop broke and I've had no option but to purchase another!!

The only problem is ..my password for my single profile on here was saved to my old laptop and the email address I used to open this single account I no longer use OR and can't recollect my password for that address either as it was over 8 years ago now !!

All I want to do is be able to get back into this single fab account again

I'd contact admin directly, with as much detail as you can, such as information on if you share the same IP address, from wifi etc, for both accounts. I assume you've got matching photos, so elaborate on everything that would help them to determine that it's you. Obviously GDPR and other safety and security issues are central but at least that way you can get them to assess it etc.

How do you mean broke, nothing is broken, unless you killed and smashed it with a hammer (hard drive) then nothing is wrong with it, just need minor work to fully work again.
