Ladies...help. where the blummin 'eck can I find some stockings for a petite plus size lady like myself. Im 5ft1in and a size 16-18. Im looking for nude stockings or hold ups with a black trim. I've searched online for a good hour this morning and I can't find any without paying over £20 A pair which I don't want to. I've tried the lovehoney, Ann summers etc but haven't had any luck. I was just wondering if any of you lovely ladies could point me in the right direction xx thank you xx

Babygirl, the ones in my profile pics are from Primark...They usually have those in L,XL and XXL...These are hold ups, they are are not as sheer, but the material is very strong as they don't rip easily(I rip stockings within minutes of getting them) and they are very very stretchy, and just like £3

this is why people don't ask stuff. Fools trying to be funny when someone just asking for a bit of help.

Why not try one of the specialist sites like StockingsHQ or Stockings Direct, they have a massive selection in a wide price range and plus sizes too.

Manchester (she/her)

I like the Autograph ones from M&S. They don't go as far up as I'd like given the size of my thighs, but they're very comfortable and good quality.

Wear gloves when putting on stockings. Perhaps satin evening gloves. Helps stop your nails and any rough skin catching on them.

You could perhaps adapt some large carp fishing nets. Perhaps take the rings out first. Just an idea.

Burnleyish (She/They)

M&S or Asda.

As a size 22 with 34inch inside leg they were the only makes to ever fit me right.

As a 16 a Primark XL still doesn't fit, stupid long legs (I like to wear mine high, right at the tops of my thighs)

somewhere in Buckinghamshire

thebigbloomerscompany.co.UK

I checked out their site after recommendations on here from others a while ago.

Beautiful stockings, a tad expensive but great fit and designed for larger ladies.

Glamory holdups and stockings from TightsUK is the only brand I like. They go right up my thigh, stay put and I don't get "overhang"!
