I did 50 length in the pool today and did a PB of 24:50,well chuffed, OK not a brilliant story but I'm happy

I had a cup of tea and managed to drink it while it was hot....that is it so far today. I'm hoping for the best thing to pop along later and surprise me otherwise it's a bit of a disappointing day really.

My highlight was talking to my mom and hearing good news that the cancer isn't back. Phew, still more tests but a bit of a weight off for now.
