Blue dot online.

How come some people can be online with a blue dot but can instantly go offline without the blue dot. Like they could send a message 1 minute ago but then go offline within seconds. Yet when I go offline or idle it takes about 10 minutes for my blue dot to disappear.

Know this from looking at my profile off other people’s phones and accounts. Is there a way to offline and appear offline instantly?

That would make you appear offline faster?

Was even trying this earlier with my friends phone, he was looking at my profile and I logged out on here and refreshed the page and closes all the tabs on my phone and it’s still took ages for my dot to go.

It’s just a wondering thought I have.

Hiding in the shadows

I can log off this profile, onto my other ( & visa versa)

The blue dot has still been on 10minutes later, but when it goes it does say 'last online 10mins ago'

Might be location to the server, time of day etc.
