Folding pushchairs that are truly 'one hand operable'. I still end up using another hand or part of body to assist.

Car seats designed for wriggling kids, hold them in position while strapping the little buggers in.

Little orange lights on cars that drivers could use to show those around them their intentions.

Shopping trolleys that are steerable, rather than a having to use the force.

. They're called 'indicators', but a lot of drivers recently believe they are there just as a decoration, without any function.
