I'm having a really tough time of late and today things have got a bit much for me. I noticed another user had created a thread asking if people could cheer her up when she was sad, so i wondered if there's anyone who's good at cheering people up or has any ideas on what i could do to cheer myself up. I'm feeling a bit stumped at the moment! Thanks in advance in case anyone does reply to this.

Sites like these can be a mixed bag for this sort of thing. There are some people who really care and want to help, and others who are difficult to manage when we're feeling vulnerable. Find those who want to help you.

Sounds like you need to pamper yourself and relax.

You’re stunning and seem like a nice person; things will always work out for good people in the end. X

Hi Molly - we’ve exchanged a few messages on here over recent weeks. Sorry to hear it’s all getting you down. You don’t deserve all the grief you seem to attract.

Maybe take some time away from Fab and get a bit of breathing space...?

Even as a guy it can get a bit overbearing sometimes and I know that attractive ladies get 1000 times more mail than I do.

A friend of mine commented something along the lines of

“It’s Fab - not a customer service desk. You’re not owed a reply!”

which I thought was good advice for ladies on here!

For every decent guy on here there seem to be a dozen idiots... remember you’re not here to make their lives more fun. Just your own!

Always happy to chat with you, if it helps.

Dan x

I cheer myself up by planning something good that I can look forward to. Be it a vanilla activity such as a holiday or when I was meeting I would arrange a meeting.

As someone suggested it may be the time of year. I feel the same sometimes. Sick of the gloom.

Hope you cheer up soon OP.

Make some nice plans

No. You’re mistaken. It’s corned beef.

Hope you're OK Molly...

There’s a lot of people on here (me included) who care about you, and are concerned about how you’re feeling.

Take care - and get in touch (on this thread or privately) if there’s anything we can do to help.

Any psychical impairment you might have is there to offset the perfection (which you do have) which then makes you more of a wonder. You need a tough skin to be on this site,so treat the negativity as nothing, shake your head and then move on.
