So I'm entertaining a gentleman friend. He's coming round for dinner.

Unfortunately he's one of those annoying "I'll eat anything" types.

What on earth should I cook for him?!?

I want to send him home fully satisfied

Fillet steak and chunky chips, on the vine roasted tomatoes with a stilton sauce.

It's quick, easy and very satisfying, what you give him for afters is on you

A choice of Kit Kats. Let him know whether you like two fingers or four. Or a Hob Nob.

Can’t go wrong with Steak.

Unless you are dealing with a vegan.

Do you need to feed a vegan? Can't you just let them out the back and let them chew on the grass for half an hour?

Not if you’ve paved over the garden.

On a serious note, a nicely roasted chicken plus a salad and new potatoes.

Can't go wrong.
