Hey Fabbers, I hope your Saturday is going well.

I have a very wobbly Mum tum, after having 4 kids that's to be expected, however I want to tighten the skin if that's at all possible.

So those with any experience or tips on how to help please post your suggestions here.

More sex, just tense your core whilst doing so

Seriously though, you all look amazing!

Running is the best way to burn belly fat in my opinion.

Obviously combined with a sensible low calorie diet.

Whether or not it’s a scientific fact I don’t know but it certainly works.

Hiding in the shadows

You can never completly tighten lose skin especially on the belly area.

I've got rock hard stomach muscles, but after kids 2 by CS, I've got lose skin & a little pouch over the scar. I have reduced it, but it'll never look totaly flat again

You can tone it up, abs workout, especially doing oblique work.

Also working on your lower back & glutes build those which will help pull the skin back/round more x

Seen in far off places

CoolSculpting non-surgical procedure.

It's based on cryolipolysis technology.

Very effective.

You cant target areas when it comes to this apparently. They do say runing a good for it. As to skin elasticity that down to genetics.

You can’t isolate areas just to burn fat in a specific place, but I’d say HIIT would work best, don’t waste your time with long low intensity sessions.

I seriously couldn't have more sex if I tried and yes I agree it is great excercise for all over workout but I need a more specific regime for that 1 area.

Thanks for your advice though.

Nice eye

Running isn't possible, for me personally, but I agree with you, in the past this has certainly worked for me.

I too have strong stomach muscle, but always struggle with the tightness of the skin, I had heard that the skin will never fully go back, I guess I was hoping it was I lie

Thank you for your sound advice.

You clearly know your stuff.
