coming up in a few months my 50th ppl in there 20s , 30, see that as awfully old I know I did lol , I still feel great and I hope I don’t look to bad for my age gym regular and all that , but should one settle down hang up there fabbing boots or go for it like there is no tomorrow lol thoughts xx

just go for it but the older ive got the more ive naturally calmed dowm. It wasnt a conscious decision
