Ah one of two things to fuck you in life, Death and HMRC,

Every year hubby submits his tax returns and every April the estimated earnings are wrong normally deducting 80% of that months wage.

However in there defence its sorted over the phone on the same day and the money refunded.

Just can't work out why the system does when all paperwork is correct.

This. You get 9 months to sort it out, not HMRC's fault if you leave it until deadline day every year

"I’ve never fucked someone from HMCR"

Me neither but I have been soundly fucked by them several times, including at the moment

'you owe us 3k'

How did that happen, I'm paye?

'we applied the wrong tax code'

So it's your fault then, and why did it take you 9 months to spot it?

'don't know, you owe us 3k'

ffs....

I got my house insurance with them and they said they'd replace all my goods as new.

So when we had a flood and the whole of everything downstairs was wrecked; furniture, carpets, etc, and the upstairs carpets also wreckedi was surprised to only got £700 to replace the whole lot.

Fuck them indeed.

Near Wells

Nobody actually collects taxes. Self employed and business people pay lots of money to book keepers and accountants to work out how much tax and vat they have to pay.

The self employed etc are the tax collectors for HMRC!
