A 1lb of fat weighs the same as 1lb of muscle. Just as 20kg of coal weighs the same as 20kg of feathers they both still weigh 20kgs. The weights the same but the size is different. | |||

The amount of times I've been good all week and then I weigh myself and I haven't lost anything even put a little bit on and I've been so disheartened. Are actually on those weeks normally I haven't lost any weight but I'd lost inches. | |||

Strangely though you may find you are the only person that hates it! Noone else does. Look great from the photos. Just remember to do it for you and take your time losing weight & improving fitness. Best way to maintain weight loss in the long term. | |||

For a woman getting a even teenage bboyish level of muscle requires phenomenal amounts of work. Its like lads turning up to the gym going "i dont want to get too big"...you wont mate no one accidentally gets big lol | |||

I came back to it after serious injury last year. I remember some of the guys in the weight room snickering as I plated up the leg press. They don't laugh at me anymore, I out lift some of them. | |||
