"Best thing to do is see a physio or massage therapist. I do posture assessments as part of my sport massage sessions. The therapist will be able to tell you exactly whats out of line with your posture, why, and how to correct it with massage/stretches/exercise. A much better way or fixing things long term!" Absolutely It is better to correct posture with muscle strength and flexibility as apossed to a mechanical holding force which sadly will result in the correct support muscle becoming weaker There is a time and place but muscle correction is the primary objective | |||
