Any other runners out there. I'm doing red January just hot over 100 miles so chuffed.

Running keeps me sane and makes me horny as duck

Have a look at the Fab Crap Running Club thread, few crazy folk in there

I only learnt about Red January when it was too late join in, fantastic charity and well done you for sticking to it

Definately doing it next year

New forest area

I have run 50 miles so far this month. Way above what I normally run. Have entered 2 races this year so far.

Bournemouth Bay 10K and the Great South Run.

Stopped in October with hip pain. Got fat. Going to see physio Thursday.

I run a lot and last one was a 10k for air ambulance. Keeps me sane and in trim. But alas i had a back injury in november and can just about run 10 yards. Better be ok for the summer thow
