Manchester (she/her)

If I had to restrict myself to any one type of animal flesh for the rest of my life, it'd be salmon. I'm not sure beef would be in my top five!

It’s nice. But I gotta order rump.

However, if anyone finds themselves in planet Hollywood, you can’t do better than ordering the tomahawk if it’s in the menu. It took two of us to get through it and flipping gorgeous.

Flatiron steaks are under-rated, cheap and tasty.

Roasted Belly pork smeared with English mustard and a layer of brown sugar on top.

Best served with a properly cooked jacked spud (oven in an hour in tinfoil smeared with butter and salt) and slow cooked mushy baked beans

Thank me later

Yummy

I haven't had steak in ages.

A juicy rare rib eye with a peppercorn sauce on the side.

Want!

"I had kangaroo steak once .... very nice"

Have to agree. Hadn't I not been told it would have been hard to distinguish it from a beef fillet steak.

Love a rare duck breast.

Here occasionally, but mostly somewhere else

Not to be wilfully obscure, but as most of my favourites have been said, I'll add crocodile to the list.

It's really good.
