We always go to a coffee shop and have coffee and a baguette in the morning as breakfast, it is fun, we will be going soon

I always do some baking it gets my head in the right place and I make some stuff to ruin my diet with

I went for a nice freezing cold walk along the river. Then went for a swim until my eldest decided to throw up all over me. So embarrassing!
