How many sugars do u have i used to have 4 now its just a sweetner im being good what u have no bottlers

Up until the early 90's I was white, two in my coffee. Then I worked for 5 years out of an office that never had any sugar and the milk, if there was any, was always off. By the time I left I was black, no sugar and still am..

I drink enough tea to sink a battleship in the morning, blue top milk and no sugar. I occasionally have a coffee later in the evening, still blue top, but one sugar and a "couple" of digestive biscuits
