Same way they pee. The ejaculate is frozen and taken back to Earth to study, for future experiments on fertilisation in zero gravity.

I would be very hard to get an erection in zero-g. People who have spent any time in space have muscle deterioration and any blood flow is directed to the areas which need it more. Regular exercise helps maintain the mass but I would assume the feeling of becoming horny would be the last thing the body would want. I would imagine.

.... I assumed they'd still get urges like most esp if on a space station for a continued duration
