Digger Smashes Travelodge

Has anyone seen the videos? A contractor hadn't been paid £600 pounds so decided to take matters into his own hands and drive a digger through the front of the Travelodge he was was working on and went of a rampage. A bit excessive maybe?

Yeah he went mental didn’t he.

I guess it’s just after Xmas and probably have bills to pay good on him

You can't condone what he's done but you can understand the frustration he's feeling. A lot of big companies muck the smaller business around when it comes to payments. One of my friends almost lost his house as the company he was subcontracting to started to drag the payments from 30 days to 60 and then 90.

I've seen a post from him saying he's now got a criminal conviction and did over £150k of damage, the red mist never ends well...
