Bit of a mixed bag but the first time I expect some "getting to know" elements.

Subsequent meets are usually much better as the ice is broken and you are more aware of each others needs

Depends on type of meet, if the intention is a very intimate meet icebreaking is easy....

If its a social i am often a bit more nervous at first but i think its worth the effort if you then connect in person too

The majority of the time it's better when you meet them because - well, physically seeing the person is far better than hearing their voice/reading their words. Yeah, I'd say there's only been twice when things haven't clicked for one reason or another.
