I think I would be really shocked if a blind person touched my boob but then I'd probably just let them carry on rather than say anything just because I might think well maybe it's an accident.

Seen in far off places

I actually got a handjob off a blind woman just the other day - she said "it's the biggest thing i've ever had in my hand' - I said "no love, you're just pulling my leg!".

"If a blind stranger person feels you up to check is it a sex crime?"

Imagine how hard it would be for a blind person if a woman with a penis identifies as a female . And as a straight female , looking for guys . I can’t see that going well if the blind person can only go by whether the persons genitalia are male or female .

I do something similar, in Tesco I like to slip my cock in a finger bun, I often get questioned about it.

Of course it would be, just as it would be for a sighted person. Having a conversation is a much better way of checking someone's gender than groping. Blind people can talk you know and do act like normal humans.

So a blind person has a conversation with a person who identifies as a woman , but still has a cock and hasn’t had any hormone therapy so has a hairy chest and stubble around the mouth .

All goes well until they get home for a session , and the poor bloke realises he’s in bed with a bloke . So can the blind person then take the bloke who identifies as a woman to court for misinforming him ?

Their voice? Of they are pre-everything it would be a lot harder for them to disguise that. And more in-depth conversation? Tbh all transwomen I've met either have told their partners of past before sex is considered or if pre-everything have dysphoria and will tell you anyway as part of presex chat as certain things aren't to be interacted with. And I know a lot of transwomen. Funnily enough they don't run around trying to trick people into "accidentally sleeping with a man". There isn't a world wide tick sheet as to how many innocent people can be tricked into having sex with people with different genitals than they were expecting. Yes there are some people out there who have used the current rules and legislation in negative ways but it is in no way representative of how the majority of trans people live their lives. We spend our time worrying if we actually pass not how we can trick unsuspecting people into bed.

Use fab as an example; of all the transpeople on fab I've never yet seen or met one who doesn't have it either in their nick name, slap bang in the middle of their profile, a TV/TS profile or pops up in trans related threads to stick their tuppence in and this is a place where people are more likely to lie than on the street.
