I guess so many people are just winging it at life, no bluff to tough when sending out that CV for a job thats way above thier abilities but still manage to get it. Im guessing they dont put professional. This is not to be taken seriously of course i would hope everyone is professional at what they do, specially if your a doctor but it does concern me why thay work at a practice

It's a quick way of saying they only want a certain type of person. I imagine they mean smartly dressed and solvent.

People specify all sorts in their profiles

I always think it means educated to a certain level by which their occupation is determined by this. Doctor, lawyer etc is to my mind professional according to specific profiles
