Wow can’t believe how long it’s been every day gets better and stronger but then something happens and makes me remember ouch lol

Yeah it’s goin good, I know it’s loads better cos every day this week been out long walks about 3-6 miles a day and after knee aches but not the pain I used to have when couldn’t walk and stuff.

Thanks I usually walk 7-10 thousand steps in work so been trying to do that daily to build stamina before Thursday when back in work and increasing hours.

Am just happy the pain and the discomfort of how knee cracking used to be

Went with do to park where injury happened originally omg I forgot how bad was and the journey been on since lol
