Plymouth and Newcastle (sometimes)

Love spices for flavour but keep the chili to a medium tingle.

I have a daddy cools ketch’ which is my go to sauce. A Scorpion chilli based ketchup.

And Daves insanity sauce, which is the ghost chilli one, ridiculous hot, hot sauce. A few drops in your bowl does the trick.

I love spice and get the cravings where I need spice, a beef chilli is my go to food. But I can’t eat or stomach a vindaloo, that’s too much.

Has anyone tried Mr Vikkis sauces yet? If not, I’d recommend giving them a go. I’ve had the Hot Goan Curry Paste and his HHH Madras Curry Sauce, and they were delicious.

I love spicy food - but need yoghurt or raita to cool me down!

Not too spicy though!

I might get a Thai or Indian for my dinner tonight

Really like hot food but when it comes to Madras that's to spicy. No flavour just spice.

Hokkien is south east China, where a lot of the communities in Malaysia originated from.

It's not possible to feel a porker if you enjoy it.

I regularly get a dansak and korma, with rice and naan of course. Whatever is left is breakfast!

I remember having this years ago and thinking at the time this won't be hot. I was wrong.

I thought the same about the fiery McDonald's wrap. Wrong again.

Under the Duvet

My dad used to put Encona chilli sauce on everything except his porridge.

I've inherited his love of spicy food. I buy different chilli sauces where ever I go. Love trying new ones.
