Decent hotel gym with a spar ususaly have good massuses, ususaly around 50 quid an hour though i think.

I keep meaning to try the one near me for my back pain, deep massage is about the only thing that helps but 50 quid a week adds up fast.

Ive found a large foam roller works really well as a diy method though amazon do them for arpund 20 quid
