Maybe because you are making getting a meet the focus of your time here - which I know sounds odd given that most of us are here to meet likeminded others, but if getting a meet, any meet, becomes your primary motivation it can sometimes have the opposite effect.

Try taking a step back and looking at what you can change that would improve your experience on here - that might be your profile text, what pictures you display, your message style or how lng you spend getting to know people before suggesting meeting or simply your expectations, attitude and approach to/of the site

In all honesty, posting a question asking why you can’t meet and then asking for the above doesn’t come across well.

It looks a bit of a cynical attempt to first interact with people who want to help and then use it to your advantage. As if the original question wasn’t of interest, or a means to an end really.

I’m 100% sure you didn’t mean it that way, but that’s how it does come across, I think.

I only mention the above as a way of suggesting maybe sit back a little and adjust the approach to the forums and site.
