All over the place! Northwesr, , Southwest

How many of them have fallen by the wayside? How many of you started well the first couple of weeks but are now slacking? How many of you set them out in principle only and never got off the ground?

How many of you are on target so far? Mine are all running along according to plan

The only goal that matters is to live long, healthy and have fun along the way...some of us don't need to make any new year 'adjustments' to our lives

Didn't make any, so I can smugly say that none were broken. I set myself goals and challenges all through the year.

Mine was to exercise more and at the moment I'm keeping to that, unfortunately I still have chocolate stuff in from xmas so I think the exercise may be a waste of time til it's all gone.

I have lost 13lbs since the 1st of Jan. Still need to send off my for renewing my driving licence, but started revising for my theory test last night. I do feel determined though.
