Happier when you’re not speaking to anyone.

Yesterday that dude who gave me his number blocked me on WhatsApp, the soldier I met last year who connected me again last month deleted his profile on here. A guy that I’ve met twice and supposed to be meeting again literally feels like he has zero interest in me, but although I felt a bit bummed yesterday, it actually doesn’t matter. I’ve put it all to bed. Now there’s no one on the cards, I’ve removed my finger from some pies and it just feels calmer.

Does anyone else prefer it if they’re just not speaking to anyone, like no one can let you down then and everything is just chilled?

You’re asking me to give you answers that I don’t know. Only the guys involved would know their reasons for not being interested. C’mon you see me asking these questions and get given 100’s of possible answers but we’ll never know exactly what each persons reason is.

It’s an idiom, an idiom is a phrase or an expression that has a figurative, or sometimes literal meaning. To have my finger in pies is to have an interest in or be involved in everything, in my case I’m referring to men.

Some people like to play games, I don't know the lead-up to your meets, but perhaps they were fantasists or lacked confidence. What every their reason shouldn't dictate how you feel. Yes, it's good the recharge and not speak to people. I traveled around alone a few times. But do it on your terms.

No no. These were a personal from the real world who gave his number but then blocked me. A guy I was meeting last year many times who contacted me again a month ago to meet but has since deleted his profile and someone I’ve alrwady met twice and was going to meet again but he doesn’t seem interested. All these are real people and completely separate to the fantasists and fakes, I can sniff them out straight away.

Well what ever problems they had are theirs. It can be hard sometimes and we are all human but we are only ever in control of ourselves, try not to let others effect you. We never know what is going on with other people. Sorry, hopeless at trying to cheer people up. but yes it is nice to have some me time and two fingers up o the world.

Although I chat occasionally to some very lovely ladies on here that, through our mutual circumstances/preferences, I will never meet I have come to the conclusion that the chances of meeting anyone at all from here is so unlikely as to be not worth pursuing. So I just chat and take the piss in the forums, which is far less taxing.
