Its winter majority of depressive people get worse this time of year.

Get down the docs have a chat adjust the old meds or jump back on them.

Get out if the suns our if not hit the old tanning bed for the vit D get some exercise and focus a little on the trivial things, make some nice food and switch to non alcoholic beer and wine for a while.

Thats what i do anyway, except the tanning bed, i cba with that but it does help

Its winter majority of depressive people get worse this time of year.

Get down the docs have a chat adjust the old meds or jump back on them.

Get out if the suns our if not hit the old tanning bed for the vit D get some exercise and focus a little on the trivial things, make some nice food and switch to non alcoholic beer and wine for a while.

Thats what i do anyway, except the tanning bed, i cba with that but it does help

All done. Exercise, medical advice, I barely drink anyway. If I could string together a few decent nights' sleep it wouldn't hurt."

Doctor will throw sleeping tabkets at you otherwise you csn get them through Lloyds online pharmacy if you fill out the form.

Are you on any antidepressants?
