Just make it up as usual, put the meat in the oven until about half hour off being done, pour the batter in the pan, cook it until it looks how you want it... I like when the bit around the meat is still soft and the edges are well risen n crispy... But not charcoal

Dear Lord! My Grandmother would be turning in her grave reading this!

Yoyrkshire Pudding was always always cooked in a square tin and served in slices with gravy BEFORE the Sunday Roast. The idea was to fill you up before the meagre helping of meat and two veg was presented.

I don't think, that as a proud Yorkshire woman, she ever ate or even entertained a round yorkshire pudding!

You would be surprised how well it stretches... All depending on the size of your roasting tin

Just make sure you make enough to get it to rise and not be too flat in the middle... Shouldn't be a pancake

Oil need to be smoking so try putting it on the hob soon as you take it out the oven to keep the heat
