Manchester (he/him)

I have weird and fantastic dreams, often with very varied themes and wild scenarios, but I rarely dream about people that I know.

When was the last time that you drempt about someone that you know and have you ever drempt about a fellow fabber?

Batman always wins, it's becoming quite predictable

East Sussex

I have dreams about people I know all the time! And I sometimes wake up actually having an orgasm - especially if I'm sharing a bed with someone and wake up confused as to whether it's reality or dreamtime. It's a bit disconcerting when I'm sharing with a platonic friend...

I heard recently that we can control our own dreams. Apparently there is a method to determine whether or not you're in a dream. A good example would be to develop a habit of looking at the back of your hand and counting all five fingers.

The brain can't compute this properly in a dream and you're likley to count six or four fingers.

Getting into the habit when you see something strange is the key to getting it to work.

Apparently if you check yourself out of habit within your dream and then realise you're in a dream, you become conscious whilst remaining asleep, which allows you to take total control of it.

I tried to do this, but gave up after a week.

Hefty Hideaway

Yeah. About that.

Many moons ago OP we went to see Lord of the rings in my dream.

I also dreamt about another fabber and in my dream he wouldn’t stop crying. A certain brightly coloured haired lady once took me roller skating and possibly the weirdest was the fat girls social McDonalds birthday party. I dream about my non Fab friends all the time.

This boys and girls is why you maybe shouldn’t drink coffee before bedtime.

I had the absolute greatest dream of my life last night! I might sound like I'm easy pleased but I dreamt I had a device that I could click that would literally change any car that I pointed it at into any car that I liked. To begin with I started off in a ferarri California, then to a Porsche then a Lambo, then I had a lot of fun in a Jeep Trackhawk before finishing with a Veyron.

While I was setting the veyron up in a carpark (angling mirrors etc) my friends shot on ahead in a classic mustang and the dream turned into one of those cross country pursuit top gear episodes.

A little later in the dream the remote became useless because I seemed to be able to do things by just thinking about it including magicing large sums of cash in my wallet and when I realized I was being followed I took my pursuer out of phase so that he couldn't catch me and steal my powers.

I did not want to get out of bed at all this morning!
