Got one on the go, from scratch I might add Love rustling up a good curry. What's your favourite meal to cook?

I love them. Madras is about as hot as I can handle I just love the strong flavours.

sheperds pie with baked beans mince mushrooms peas , crispy mash , melted cheese on top.

i do a mean roast too ...........cos i cook the meat real slow , 3 hours instead of 90 minutes

I used to enjoy rustling up a beef bourguignon but it takes too long, so I think it’s a chicken, leek and mushroom pie instead.

I love a curry but rarely make any.

I cheat and buy them from the supermarket or the takeaway

I live near a Waitrose that has a really awesome selection.

Chicken Saag is one of my faves - with a plain naan and raita

If I do cook then it's usually batch cooking for several meals.

I made a turkey Chilli at the weekend.

I know I added saffron and coconut milk. Not sure if it's still a Madras now. My home smells like an Indian restaurant and it's awesome
