We all have the people we remember and either smile or groan when their name pops up on a thread. They usually have a certain approach or trait that is recognisable.

So what is yours? Why would you be noticed around here and is it a good or bad thing? (And none of those I'm invisible comments, there's always someone looking!).

I think I'd be remembered for giving balanced opinions and for being supportive. I think the word 'nice' is bounced around a great deal on the forums, especially by people who use it about themselves who really aren't (or only when it suits them) but I think that I'm, on the whole, a good egg.

I actually hadn't thought of how I would answer this.

I guess I kinda bum around and just post whatever. Sometimes sarky, sometimes flirty. I think I'm funny but I think my humour can be misinterpreted sometimes.

Someone told me it's my photos though.

Shy as a mouse this one

just tend to go with the flow and pop the odd comment on without trying to offend anyone and boil there piss

Do try and be witty and funny as I do stand up now and again to let it fly but mainly to relieve the stress of being a fabster

(Yes not giving up the day job fabsters and wouldn't want to anyway,I'm a gynecologist)

So to sum it up

I suppose since we stopped some time ago , I’ve got a bit jaded with it all . That doesn’t mean I’m less inclusive , or less open though . Very few people will have even got close to experiencing the stuff we have !

Perhaps I’ve got too much time on my hands , and since I gave work up a year ago after being poorly , that could be the case . And maybe , just maybe , I sometimes post to evoke a reaction because the usual drivel of kiss , fuck , chuck or the bars open , are so mind numbingly dull and it’s good to have a healthy debate ?

The fact that we have so many friends who sit very much in the LGBQT scene is a testament to the fact that I’m not even remotely what a few people on these forums think I am . But that doesn’t really matter much , it’s to ourselves that we should remain true . And that I am

It happens a lot on internet forums, not just these ones, sometimes threads move fast and it's easy to be overlooked, sometimes things go off at a tangent and your relevant post suddenly becomes irrelevant, and a whole host of other things - either way I wouldn't take it to heart.

For what it's worth I've noticed your posts and they're no different from the majority of others (and I mean that in a positive way) - ultimately I take the view that if I think something worth posting, I'll post it, if it gets skipped or whatever then It's no big deal, I thought it worth saying

Maybe it depends on how many and how varied the threads are that people read. I've read your posts for years and I agree that you always came across as inclusive. And you openly take on new information and change your thoughts, which I like.

If people only read your most recent threads they may have a different opinion. But it's just a snapshot in time.
