I start off on my back but I find it hard to sleep unless I'm facing and next to a wall. Strange but there is a reason which I aint telling you.

I sleep on my right side with my right hand under the pillow and my left holding the quilt over me. And always on the right edge of the bed even though I have a king size bed x

Left hand side, my hand under the pillow under my head, one leg out of the duvet over the top of my husband's leg

I work 4-5 night shifts a week so it's a rarity I get to this though
