I've found that streaming anything live. Like sports or live TV channels is dodgy at the best of times with buffering issues etc. Films or box sets seem to work much better and I watched The Festival last week with no issues whatsoever.

I use kodi. It came already installed on my TV. There's a lot of messing about to get it set up, but once you know what you are doing, it's quite good.

got mobdro on smartphone. Just google mobdro .free app all free to watch. Any live sports/films thats on sky.(but for how long)+free live polar bear watch etc
