Google 'mojo upgrade'. You separately answer questions about your fantasies. The website only shows answers for the ones you both share. It can make it easier to get talking.

If she doesn't want to then respect her wishes. Or leave her.

Have you ANY indication that she would be into it or any type of swinging? Or do you think this would be the solution to your sex problem? Hope you don't mind me saying. Sounds like it might be an idea to have an open and honest conversation with your wife.
