Wellingborough

The 12th Man

A stunning WWII thriller of Norwegian resistance fighters on a mission to disrupt Nazi activity in Norway.

Based on the true, and frankly, heroic story of the mission and Jan Baalstud's escape from the Gestapo.

Norwegian and German languages with English subtitles.

Sounds good that OP

Kontroll - set on the Budapest subway, black humour, murder mystery, romance and a bunch of disparate characters each with their own back stories and all fantastically played.

Isn't it I love the scene where the women back in the 70s are giving each other sex advice. Let him take your ads while using a warm banana on yourself

One cut of the dead, already a contender for my outstanding film of 2019.

Limited screenings around the UK now, VoD & DVD/Bluray release at end of January.

The Guard with Brendan Gleason completely politically incorrect but brilliant and a nice turn by Mark Strong who is truly underrated.

I caught halfway Ridley Scott's The Counsellor, script by Comac McCarthy. For 40 minutes it was a visceral, bleak and brutal ride. I am scared to watch the beginning as it shows the inevitable horrifying consequences of when a deal made by small fish with sharks goes wrong, no Hollywood schmaltz here.

Absolutely love it! Room for Romeo Brass is my favourite though.
