Just take time and stay relaxed. don't try and take too much first time build up to full penetration. if it starts to hurt remove and either leave for next time and take a bit more or let your muscles relax and try again. don't force things or will hurt and put you off for good

It depends. If you've never had a cock up there, I'd suggest you need a fair bit of warming up with a gentle finger. Then two. Once you can take two, you should be ok to start.

I found the first push in, a little painful, it's when he took it out a few seconds later that it hurt me. Your bum needs time to slowly adjust.

Once it's fully in, it doesn't really hurt at all, you just feel a bit stretched inside.. putting pleasurable pressure on your other erogenous zone.

In all honesty I didn't enjoy my first two times. I wasn't warmed up and didn't have a clue what to expect.
