Confession...

I’ve thrown a couple on a slice of bread before and had cheese strings on toast.

Central

There's a huge cheese mountain in the USA, that's built up as Americans have enjoyed the finer cheeses, many from overseas, instead of the masses of processed cheese that's been consumed for a long time there. Cheese string could save the US, their dairy farmers etc?

I'm assuming cheese string is a processed form of cheese? Is it just in one flavour, or is there a Camembert string etc? I eat too much processed food and cutting back atm.

Haha I've got a fridge full of real cheese at the min (left over from Xmas) but I just fancy a cheese string right now.

Yes,I'm filthy.
