Cheers. It's only a half so should get round easy enough. We wimped out of doing the full one to avoid doing long night runs, but probably cut back waty too much!

Ohhhh, 2 Wheels we're doing a half marathon this year (Bristol not Marrakech sadly)

Admit it,did you ever think you'd see the day I even exercised, let alone signed up for a marathon?!

As for us, tomorrow *Him* is having an ultrasound on his balls

then we're helping a friend move house.

Sunday - a run (training for afore mentioned marathon) then not sure - I want to clear out the spare room but i'm not sure it'll get done.

My weekend is looking more fun than *His*

Hahahah, you know me too well. It's in September, so plenty of time yet. Good job really since I don't even run for a bus! Started the C25K on Tuesday then spent Wed/Thurs walking like John Wayne. Walked the 3 miles to work today with a colleague in 50 minutes, so i've made a start.
