I like mine fried and when you serve it and as you tap on the yellow bit it should run out on the plate, so you can dip your food init

Poached but i can never be bothered to poach an egg so i only have it when somone else makes breakfast

I got some silicone egg poachers and they are so easy, perfect poached eggs every time in 5 mins.
