Is it just me all these adverts on tv letting you try out a mattress for 60 to 100 days. What do they do with the ones that do get returned after the trial period or do they make it really hard to send them back. Or worse still do some people end up with second hand mattresses.

Not if they nave any kind of reputation...I think they are donated to charities or cleaned and put into discount outlets. Mind you, it would take a lot of principle to do that with the one I returned after one night!

I had to try a few before getting the right one and there has been no problem whatsoever with returning them.
