Vaping n smoker status

I just wanted to know what people's views are on those that vape. I gave up smoking several years ago but still vape. I now really don't like the smell or taste of fags and I assume those that won't meet smokers do so for the above reasons.

What are your views on those that vape ?

As a vaper do I update smoker status ?

We do only meet in clubs and would only vape in allocated areas.

Me and hubs are vapers too. I don't class myself as a smoker because I'm not. But my vape isn't always in my hand, so personally as I don't smell of smoke I think it should be fine. But that's just my view. If I wasnt a vaper I'd have no problem meeting someone who did. But I couldn't meet someone who smelt like an ashtray and tasted like one.

I vape . If I see " will not meet smokers " i assume they will not meet me . Even though I don't class vaping as smoking . But I respect that some people think it's the same thing

Maybe not update the smoker status but instead just allude to the fact in your profile tex that you vape.

Im not a smoker so wont meet smokers but i have met vapers in the past..

As long as they are considerate its fine

Vaping is fine as long as it’s not the great clouds of vapour that you see some people billowing out

My daughter has one and you can’t even smell the vapour

Some people just vape all the time though..its more annoying than anything else

I vape.

It doesn't stink clothes out or linger in your hair. If people didn't see me doing it they'd never know.

I may be one of the strange ones though as having not had a cig since 2015 I still love the smell and am guilty of deliberate passive smoking at times.

I'm neither a smoker or a vape-er..I have absolutely no desire to meet a smoker, I tolerated it for 2yrs in a past relationship, kissing him was just gross... that said, I wouldn't think twice about meeting a vape-er... if they're vaping mmj, they might get priority

I’ve quit smoking and gone to the vape and finding that I still get my vice but without the stink....

I think it would be great to have it in the smoking option so those with no vice can make the decision they are happy with (will meet vapers)

I vape and ticked the "non-smoker" box - if I'm chatting to someone with a view to meeting that has "won't meet smokers" ticked I tell them upfront that I vape - hasn't led to a refusal to meet yet

Yeah I agree I don’t think Vapers should tick the smoking box. It’s not smoking. I did because I do vape but still have the occasional cigarette too.
