I'm feeling awful, sore throat, horrendous cough, tight chest, my back is aching down the sides. When I cough it's so hard I'm struggling to breath

Need a hug I do xxx

Lot of it about, I had it a fortnight ago. My tip is to sleep in the bed of a former sufferer who's at least two weeks clear.

Not a doctor in the house........

But I am a medical professional

Stay hydrated

And Tyrozets are really good for sore throat.....have a little anaesthestic to numb the pain
