Why do most cafes charge extra for Soya of Almond milk ?

It costs more to buy. It's also more likely to be not used so more waste when only half a carton is used and the rest has to be thrown out and the costs need to be balanced.

As an example, my 1l carton of oat milk costs £1.80 whereas I can buy 2l of coo juice for £1.60
