So far so good. Thought it would have been tougher but I'm determined to get back into fitness this year and get my arms, thighs and pecs back. Moobs isn't a good look lol

I must admit, I did miss a gin and tonic or two last night. I went to a friends for dinner where we’d have a few drinks and we felt the difference! Next week we’re going bowling

Hefty Hideaway

My January is unintentionally dry. I quit smoking (again) before New Year and due to an awkwardly timed surgical procedure I haven’t had a drink. I’ve stepped up my fitness regime and discovered eating clean.

I rather feel like I’ve been abducted my aliens.

Don't drink anyway. I'm going on a diet in March where I don't eat potatoes, pasta, bread, cereal etc. I'm calling it Starch.

Chocolate baileys is gone

Strawberry and cream baileys gone

Rhubarb ginger still got some left

Port and rum we have left so basically we have to drink them as the other bottles will feel all on their own in the recycling bin!!
